Returns & Exchanges
PROCESSING A RETURN:
We accept returns on full price merchandise that is either damaged, unsuitable or just not quite what you were expecting.
Should you choose to make a return, the item(s) must be;
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
- In original unworn, unwashed and unused condition with all labels and tags attached.
- Accompanied with proof of purchase.
To begin a return, contact us at info.tinyblessings@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you all the instructions and where to send your item(s).
All returned items must be appropriately packaged in strong bags/boxes to avoid any damage to the item. Tiny Blessings reserves the right to deny any return if received in a damaged state due to poor packaging.
Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We strongly encourage any returned item to be sent with a registered or trackable service.
DAMAGED & WRONG ITEMS:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the rare case you receive a damaged item, we ask you to send photos of the item, with your order number info.tinybessings@gmail.com.
EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method for the full amount, but not the delivery.
Please note; in most circumstances you'll receive your refund within 3 business days. However processing time is largely dependent on your bank or credit card company.
